The contractor for the part everyone sees.
Structure gets a building up. Fit-out is what people touch, walk on and work inside — and it is where quality is judged. Since 1997, SINAR has specialized in exactly that: interior fit-out and finishing works executed by our own coordinated trade teams, from the first shop drawing to the last painted junction.
The portfolio runs from Beirut’s tallest tower and its rebuilt souks to the stations of the Haramain High Speed Railway and the new ministerial city of Benin — projects where the finishing package was too visible to get wrong.
