SINAR

Est. 1997 — Beirut

Precision is a habit, not a promise.

SINAR is an interior fit-out and finishing contractor. For nearly three decades the company has done one thing, thoroughly: taking interiors from bare structure to finished, working space.

01 — The story

From Choueifat to three markets.

SINAR was established in 1997 in Choueifat, on the southern edge of Beirut, as a specialist in fit-out and finishing — the trades that decide how a building actually feels when it opens.

The work grew the way contracting reputations grow: one properly finished project recommending the next. In Lebanon that came to include the country’s tallest tower, its rebuilt central souks, embassies, universities, hotels and schools. Regionally, the company’s teams have worked on programs of national scale in Saudi Arabia and Jordan — railway stations, cultural landmarks, corporate headquarters.

Today SINAR also builds in West Africa, where entire government complexes in Benin — ministries, administrative cities, defense facilities — carry its ceiling and partition packages. Different climates, same discipline: shop drawings first, coordinated trades, finishes checked in raking light.

02What we stand for

Three commitments.

01

Vision

To provide the highest level of service in the construction industry — measured at the detail, not the brochure.

02

Mission

To field a team dedicated to exceptional service: coordinated trades, honest programs, and finishes that pass close inspection.

03

Objective

To promote large-scale application of cost-effective, innovative building materials — specified for buildability, not fashion.

03 — How quality happens

Quality is decided before the first board is fixed.

Shop drawings before site work

Every package is drawn, coordinated and approved before fabrication — fit is decided on paper, where changes are cheap.

Our own trade teams

Ceilings, partitions, joinery and finishes are executed by supervised SINAR teams, so interfaces are managed inside one company.

Inspection as a stage, not an event

Surfaces are checked in raking light, junction by junction, before any package is called complete.
